Prophix Conference Amsterdam 2012

October 16th, 2012 by Leave a reply »

With Gitex in full swing at the Synergy stand in Dubai I find myself in non stop pouring rain in Amsterdam. Its been worth it.

Experienced partners from around the globe ensure informed discussions. A contingent of Prophic senior managment led by CEO Paul Barber has outlined the tremendous road map enhancements to come, some as early as the end of this month and more for early next year.

Its very encouraging to see how seriously the company takes customer and partner feedback into account to understand what really matters to the end users and financial controllers.

The conference started with partner awards for exceptional wins, whcih is always good for morale, and an update of overall company performance which continues to show healthy growth. A good example is Revlon’s decision to purchase Prophix to work with Dynamics Ax across the group.

Its not all been work, a brisk walk through Amsterdam led to Cafe Amsterdam an old pumping station now a fine restaurant. Tonight we will visit one of the best restaurants in Amsterdam De Silveren SpiegelThe Silver Mirror. With temperatures down to 11 deg and continuous rainfall and a Dubai wardrobe I am hapy to note it is a lot, lot nearer to our hotel! These events help to cement partner relationships and mutual support and builds the confidence needed for future collaboration on multi-geography implementations.

Next month we will be holding half day seminars in Dubai and Abu Dhabi – Register to lear how to close your year end faster, hear a thought leadership presentation, and also hear about the latest news about the Microsoft technology stack, see a live demonstration and hear from a major user operating across this region. Book early to secure a place.

(Its a busy week for Synergy management and sales team so please be patient if we take a little longer answering emails this week.)
