FCA is planning to introduce new organizational and conduct of business requirements in line with implementation of MiFID II
MiFID II implementation requirements include, among others:
• investor protection measures for structured deposits;
• Disclosure of costs and charges;
• MiFID II’s approach to adviser independence;
MiFID II will come into effect on 3 January 2017.
